Can MBA give a start to my career? Can i get a good job if I do it from a good management college?

I am a B.com 2011 passout with 62%. I dont have good marks in 10th 12th. I'hd extensive financial crisis,so i joined a BPO in 2011. But now i'm running short of work experience and experience certificate, since small firms do not give proper joining letter. But, i dont want to ruin my future in BPO. WHAT SHOULD I DO? Can MBA give a start to my career? Can i get a good job if I do it from a good management college? Will they provide me a good job irrespective of my previous records?

MBA can definitely give a boost to your career, but it is important to choose a good management college and specialize in a field that aligns with your interests and strengths. With an MBA degree from a good management college, you can expect to have better job opportunities, higher salaries, and the potential for career growth.

However, it is important to note that previous academic performance and work experience can still be factors that employers consider in the hiring process. That being said, your MBA degree can help to mitigate any concerns that employers may have about your previous records, especially if you perform well in your MBA program and gain relevant experience through internships or other opportunities.

To maximize the benefits of an MBA degree, it is important to choose a program that is well-regarded in the industry and offers opportunities for networking and gaining real-world experience. It is also important to have a clear understanding of the specific career path you want to pursue and how an MBA degree can help you achieve your goals.

MBA is a postgraduate degree that prepares individuals for careers in business and management. It covers a variety of subjects and provides graduates with a broad range of career opportunities, such as management, consulting, finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship. MBA graduates are often seen as valuable assets in many industries, due to their technical expertise and leadership skills.

You could consider other options for gaining relevant skills and experience, such as taking online courses or pursuing certifications in finance or business. These can demonstrate your commitment to professional development and help you stand out to potential employers.

Overall, while pursuing an MBA can be a good option for boosting your career prospects, it's important to weigh your options carefully and consider what steps you can take to improve your chances of success in the future.

Thus college matters, as they offer placement facility and many reputed companies visit college campus for recruitment process.
But apart from college, the score in an entrance exam also matters and your final score also.
