The candidate should have a master's degree with at least 55% marks secured from a recognized university, to be eligible for this exam. Once you clear the exam and receive the UGC NET Certificate, you can apply for the Assistant Professor profile in reputed colleges and universities across the country. |

The eligibility for College Lecturer in PG Colleges a candidate must have passed a Master's degree with a minimum score of 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. There is no age limit to apply for the profile of Assistant Professor and to pursue your career as a professor you must appear for competitive examinations such as NET (National Eligibility Test) which is conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency). Once you clear the examination and receive the UGC NET certificate you can apply for the Assistant Professor profile in reputed colleges and universities across the country.
The educational qualification required to study MSc in Mathematics a candidate must have passed graduation with English and Mathematics as their main subjects with a minimum score of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. The admission process in some colleges is direct and in some will have to appear for an additional entrance test. |

Eligibility:-
The applicant must have good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master's Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. |

General - Master's degree with a minimum of 55% marks. ST/SC/OBC/PWD/Transgenders - Master's degree with a minimum of 50% marks. The minimum eligibility criteria for the assistant professor, JRF or equivalent posts in the UGC Approved Universities are as follows: SET/SLET qualified NET certificates and a Master's degree. |
