I am about to complete MLT Diploma course. May I be eligible for MSc MLT course or not?

Eligibility for MSc MLT course:-

To be eligible for MSc in Medical Laboratory Technology candidates must meet the eligibility which is as follows:-

Must have a BSc degree in MLT or BMLT or equivalent course.

In most of the college, the minimum percentage required for admission is 55%.

The percentage required for admission will vary from college to college.

Admission process:-

Admission to the MSc in Medical Laboratory Technology course is either done on the basis of merit/ or on the basis of the entrance exam.

Eligibility for MSc MLT course:-

. Those interested in seeking admission in Master in MLT should posses a bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or BPT or BOT from a recognised university. The minimum percentage requirement is just a pass, however, students scoring higher percentage are likely to get an institute of their choice.

Admission procedure:-
Admission to the MSc in Medical Laboratory Technology course is either done on the basis of merit/ or on the basis of the entrance exam.

The candidate should have completed graduation in BSc with a minimum of 55% marks from any recognized university. The duration of this course is 2 years. Admission to this course is either on the basis of an entrance test or merit-based.

Eligibility for MSc MLT course:

1. You must have completed BSC with first division from any university.

2. You need to qualify the entrance test to get admission in this course.

3. You should have graduation certificate, other documents in the time of admission.

Eligibility:-

1- The students must have a bachelor’s degree or any equivalent degree from the government recognized institute or university with a minimum aggregate of 55%.

2- The candidates belonging to ST/SC/OBC/differently abled quota have a relaxation of 5-10% for eligibility.


The average course fee is Rs 60,000 - 1,00,000.

Eligibility criteria required for M.Sc MLT course:

The basic eligibility criteria required to apply for M.Sc Medical Lab Technology course is given below,

Name of the course - Medical Lab Technology

>> Candidates must have completed Graduation or its equivalent qualification from a recognized university in order to be eligible.

>> Preferably Candidates from B.Sc background are eligible for studying this course.

>> As Diploma course is not a bachelor degree, you are not eligible as far as my best knowledge is concerned.
