Job opportunities for MSc(Sericulture) candidate of Shivaji University?


Hi all, I am going to apply for MSc(Sericulture) course in Shivaji University. I would like to know that if I do MSc(Sericulture) from this institute then what are the job opportunities available for me?

Job Opportunities for sericulturist in academic fields:

Lecturer

Instructor

Lab Assistant



Job Opportunities in other fields:

Development Officer in state/ district Khadi board. There are various posts in Central Government Agencies like Central export Promotion Council/FAQ/NABARD/ Krishi Vigyan Kendra / Silk Board, etc.
Professionals who usually undergo proper training can earn starting salary is as high as rupees 15000 per month.
