Is Master's in Neuroscience a better option after Bsc Biotechnology?

Hello! I'm presently pursuing a second year Bsc Biotechnology degree. I want to know that if I do my Master's in Neuroscience, will it be a preferable option ather than continuing biotechnology. Please also tell me about the best universities in abroad to carry on this.

THANK YOU
