Yes, you can do M.Sc. Bioinformatics after B.Sc. in Biotechnology.
MSc Bioinformatics is a 2 years course after Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biotechnology, botany, biochemistry zoology, microbiology agri-biotechnology, MBBS, computer science, physics, chemistry, mathematics etc.
