What is the pattern of NIMCET 2019?


Hello everyone, I am interested to appear in NIMCET of 2019. But I don’t know about the pattern of 2019 NIMCET. I would like to know about the pattern of this entrance exam so that I can get admission in MCA course. Waiting for your response!

The NIMCET 2019 will be conducted offline in English medium. Duration of the NIMCET 2019 is two hours (10 AM – 12 Noon). There are 120 objective (MCQs) type questions asked. Each correct answer carries 4 marks and each wrong answer deducts 1 mark. Pattern of NIMCET 2019 is given below:

Mathematics – 50 questions – 200 marks

General English – 20 questions – 80 marks

Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning – 40 questions – 160 marks

Computer Awareness – 10 questions – 40 marks

Total – 120 questions – 480 marks

NIMCET 2019 Exam Pattern:

The exam will be of 2 hours duration and it will be a multiple choice question paper, having questions from following subjects.

- Mathematics: 50 questions
- Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning: 40 questions
- Computer Awareness: 10 questions
- General English: 20 questions

Each correct answer will carry 4 marks and incorrect answer will carry -1 mark.
