When M.Com prospectus will be issued in Delhi University? Cutoff marks required in B.Com to get admission for SC candidates?

Kindly tell me when will Delhi University issue M.Com prospectus? Is there any cutoff marks requires for SC quota candidates in B.Com? |

The cut off for SC Students in B.Com to be eligible for admission is 45%.
The prospectus date has not yet been announced but it is expected within the next 2 weeks. This is the present situation for M.Com in Delhi University. |
