Why there is provision of using pencil in the entrance exam of M.Ed. from IGNOU, it creates suspicion about the transparency in admission process. There must not be use of pencil. Instead of pencil; ball point pen should be used for transparency.

In the answer sheet, pencil or ball point pen is used according to their own convenience. You can't change it, if you have any doubt regarding it. There is less chance of discrepancy, because you know what answers you have marked and can claim it later.

Just make sure you have got all your answers with you in a separate sheet, if you have any doubt. You can complain about it later with proof.
