Can I get the bank job with two backlogs in engineering?
I completed engineering with two backlogs and I got provisional certificate and mark sheets as per the university rule. Am I eligible for bank jobs? Can someone please let me know the eligibility criteria which would be followed for getting the jobs?
Thanks! |

Re: Can I get the bank job with two backlogs in engineering?
No, you cannot get bank job unless you clear backlogs or arrears in Engineering. The Essential Educational qualification required to be eligible for appearing in Banking sector recruitments is "Graduate Degree" or Bachelor Degree in ANY STREAM from a recognized university. So I suggest you to clear the pending backlogs first and then try to prepare for Banking Sector recruitments. But still you can apply for Banking sector jobs, subject to the condition that if called for Interview, you will have to produce the proof of having passed the Graduation Examination. So you are required to produce certificates when you will be called for Interview.

Re: Can I get the bank job with two backlogs in engineering?
Yes you can apply for Bank Exams still having Backlogs of your engineering. But you need to confirm that you must should be produce your certificates at the time of Interview representing having No backlogs.
But I think you are not eligible since you have taken all your original documents so try to complete those subjects and make your career in Banking Industry. So if it is the condition then you are absolutely eligible for Bank Exams. In fact there are Two ways to get into banking Industry. As I said the two options are <> IBPS <> SBI With IBPS you will get a chance to enter in Banking Industry with Number of Nationalized banks. So it will be beneficial to you. So try to make a right decision. |

The needed educational qualification for the Bank PO exam is that the candidate should have completed a degree in any stream from a recognized university. There are other criteria's which are also needed to be satisfied along with the educational qualification such as: # Candidate should have a citizenship in India # Age limit needed is 21-30 years for general category and there are relaxation for other category candidates such as 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC. If you satisfy them all then you can apply for the Bank PO exam and the candidates are selected through 2 stages:

No. You need degree certificate for sure. Provisional certificate is for the time period till degree certificate comes. And IBPS is very clear about that.
