Yes, you will get job after BTC course. Candidates can get more private and government jobs of Primary level and Upper Primary Level teacher. BTC (Basic Training Certificate) is a two years diploma course that provides eligibility certificate to all the enrolled applicants for appointment as government school primary teachers. The minimum eligibility to participate in the concerned examination is graduation in any discipline from a recognized university of India. The admission for the course will be done through an entrance test.
