Sir can i join cricket academy during my b tech from Indian institute of technology?

Yes you can starts your career but you have to be a very good player. There are many examples of cricketers who started their career very late. Kedar jadhav, Vvs laxman, ashwin, etc. Believe in yourself and work hard.

--- Yes, if you want to pursue cricket then there are a lot of opportunities here. If you want to do it casually then it will be easy to manage academics and sports. But if you want it to happen seriously there are some problems.
I am sure you will get facilities here but you just need to show dedication.
You can rise to a very good level but after sufficient practice you will obviously feel the need of much more disciplined and practice to get high.
But for IPL and above it is a kind of hard in IIT.
If you want to become a cricketer you can become a cricketer regardless of which have an institution you are in.
IIT Bombay is primarily known for Academics and research.
