--- in India UGC guidelines say that you cannot pursue full time courses while doing job until and unless they are from distant University.
So, you can do MBA with a part time job if you are Institute permits you but you cannot do full time MBA with full time job. I would like to suggest you to get an experience for about one year and then go for MBA if you like your company you could negotiate with them that you would like to come back and work for them.
