I had done 10th in 2001 and 12th in 2003 and after 12th also 1 years gap(actually joined in Graduation college but unable to submit fees so decided to left the graduation college and took admission in Govt. Diploma engg. college). So I have 2 years gap throughout my educational career and having 9 years of working experience, in between 4 years in NON-IT sector and 5 years in IT sector. I worked in multiple MNC under vendor payroll. Now looking for direct payroll job.

Please guide me , am I eligible for any renowned MNC?
Looking for proper guidance.

If you are not that experienced, then go for Accenture.
If you are willing to settle for lower than market pay..
And if you are looking for experienced hire position, go for Deloitte...

The company is not bothered regarding any education gap, and it does not decrease any chances of your being interviewed....
They might ask you the reason behind it that's all ..

You can get a job in MNC even after having a gap of 2 years.
Eligibility:

1. You must have good academic record.

2. Minimum 60% marks in graduation.

3. Good communication skills, etc.

Eligibility for Accenture, Deloitte India, and any renowned MNC after having 2 years education gap and 8 months gap in professional life is that the candidate should have completed a graduation course with a minimum of 60% from any university. The candidate should have a good command of his English.

The candidate can easily get a salary of 8 lacs to 12 lacs per annum in a multi-national company after an engineering course.
