Eligibility Criteria Required to open a Chemist Shop
Dear Sir, I have worked in a Pharmaceutical company for seven years as a Medical Representative and I am a 60 years old candidate. I would like to open a Chemist Shop and for that Do I have to do Diploma in Pharmacy course? Can I do this course in correspondence mode and what is the duration of course?

Eligibility criteria required to open a chemist shop:-
Minimum qualification:- The person should be registered pharmacist with the state Pharmacy Council. For this registration minimum qualification is diploma in pharmacy. For wholesale drug store matriculation with 4 years experience selling of drugs in the chemist shop on salary basis of diploma in pharmacy. |

In order to be eligible to open a Chemist shop, you have the minimum qualification required and therefore you just need to get yourself registered with the state pharmaceutical council board and get the registration certificate from there.
You can thereafter commence with opening a chemist shop at a proper place. |

Hello Sir I have done M.Sc. Biotechnology and I have experience of 10 years in pharmaceuticals. I am an approved analytical chemist from FDA Haryana.
Am I Eligible to get registered in state pharmacy council to open chemist shop, or is there any way to open such shop with this education and experience. Please suggest. Please reply @ [email protected] |
