How to get job in top private companies being a Telecommunications Diploma holder?

I have completed my Diploma in Telecommunications. I want to know that how to get job in top private companies? Please let me now as soon as possible. |

To get job in top private company you must have to do bachelor's degree after completion of Diploma.
But, as of now you can try with BSNL and small startup company. Because the top companies demand minimum of Bachelor's degree in your Qualification. So, i will suggest you to go with Bachelor's degree along with your job. |
