please give some idea to work in foreign countries after passing diploma in civil engineering?

It is not possible to get a job in foreign countries directly after passing diploma in Civil Engineering. This is because you cannot apply for jobs in some other country without being its citizen and getting work permit. Although there are consultancies which provide jobs to many in the gulf countries but there are plenty of fake consultancies like that. Hence it is advisable not to indulge in such organizations. The best way is to get an employment opportunity in an MNC and perform well so that you can get various onsite and onshore opportunities where you can go abroad to work.
