Hi. I am Doing job With Private E-comm Company As a Database Developer

Area:- <SQL><mySQl><VBA><MSaccess><Ed.Excel>

But i am not happy my Salary. my Current Salary is 12500/- K

How to increase it. ?

Please Help me What should i do.

How to increase my salary if not happy with my existing salary?
