CTC of a fresher depends upon the college and the company you join. CTC varies from company to company.
Here LPA means "Lakhs Per Annum". • If you get in to big companies like Microsoft, Google, Yahoo you can expect around Rs. 10LPA to Rs.15LPA. • If you take Infosys and TCS, it comes to around 3.25LPA. • If you take product based companies like Qualcomm, Nokia Solutions and Networks, Samsung CTC will be around 4.25LPA to 5LPA Please, find attached document for CTC paid to a fresher for top 10 companies which recruits students from top Universities. |
