An experienced MS physician with several years of experience can get paid between Rs.15 lakhs - Rs.20 lakhs per annum.

Medical specialists like an MD or an MS can earn even more if they start their private practice. However, this depends on the city where they choose to set up their professional practice. A simple visit can cost patients anything between Rs.200 and Rs.800.
