-Expierience and working knowledge in SQL Developer ,Oracle , Java and Unix.
-Report and documentation.
-Experience in Electra/BI/MI Switch Implementation and Support.
-Experience in handling customers & escalations.
-You will have to provide solutions to business requirements on BI& MI Application.
-Ability to work 24*7 environment.

- Support engineers must be able to communicate technical issues to colleagues and customers with a variety of backgrounds, which means they need to be able to explain the issues. They also need to be good listeners, carefully listening to the users concern, and solving his or her problem.

- Must be high-energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment, skills to have a high degree of initiative and self-motivation with a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities

- Flexibility is essential to support engineer jobs. Typically, they have to work days, nights, or even weekends. Should be open to a flexible schedule.

- Strong customer focus
