I am Sushmitha persuing my B.Tech 4th year specializing in E.C.E.I want to work in banking jobs that to related to my branch.I don't know about bank jobs and there posts.So I want the details about the bank jobs related to my field.I hope you will reply soon for my question.

There is nothing like stream wise job opportunities in Banking Sector. Candidates who pass their Graduation (Bachelor Degree) in any discipline are eligible to apply for almost all the categories of posts in Banking sector irrespective of specialization in Bachelor Degree. As you are still pursuing final year of B.Tech (ECEI), you are required to wait for a few months to be eligible for applying Banking sector jobs. However, you are eligible to apply for Banking exams when you will be pursuing B.Tech 8th Semester or after passing B.Tech completely.

There are several cadre posts in banking sector and IBPS is an examination conducting agency which releases several recruitment notifications namely,

@ IBPS Clerical Cadre Recruitment - Minimum Graduation is required - You are Eligible

@ IBPS PO (Probationary Officer) Recruitment - Minimum Graduation is required - You are Eligible

@ IBPS SO (Specialist Officer) Recruitment - Minimum Post Graduation is required - You are Eligible

There are many jobs that are available in the Banks, right from the clerk to the Bank manager. So, based on your Qualification as well as the field of Specialization you will get the domain in any of the Bank. So, looking to your Domain you can be appointed the Post of Manager or Customer help support or Private Counselor in any of the private Banks.

You are persuing B.Tech degree so you are eligible for private bank jobs like ICICI.

If you have scored above 55% marks in graduation degree from a recognized university then you are eligible for ICICI PO exam. Your age should be below 25 years. For SC/ST candidate's the age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC candidate it is 3 years.

Selection Procedure for ICICI PO Exam-

2. Psychometric Test
3. Group Discussion
4. Personal Interview
