Jobs-related criteria in IBM for a graduate?

1. You must have scored 60% marks or above in 12th from any recognized university.

2. You must have completed graduation with a minimum of 65% or above.

3. You must not have any backlog.

In order to be eligible , minimum of 65% has to be maintained ba a candidate throughout their academic background.

Must not have any active backlogs at the time of selection

Those having more than 2 years of gap throughout their academics are not eligible

As you have scored less in class 12th , there are less chances of you getting selected.
Still you can apply for the job provided if you have any work experience in this field, or if you have skills and calibre required for the job.
