Mostly the selection process consists of aptitude test, technical interview and HR interview.

I have attached a file listing the names of some of the good companies in India, kindly download the attachment.

Selection procedure;

Selection procedure varies from company to company, every company has their own way of selecting candidates. Therefore, no 2 companies has the same procedure.

However, in general there are some rounds that you might find common in most of the companies, like;

> Written Test.

> GD.

> PI, etc.

Other than that many organizations also conducts a telephonic interview to check the speaking ability of the candidate.
