There are many private companies in India like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant Technologies, HCL Technologies,
Ramco Systems, Reliance, Bharati Airtel, Vodafone, Kumaramangalam Group of Companies, Tata Motors, Tata Steel,
Tata Power, Reliance Power, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Lakshmi Vilas Bank, Federal Bank, ABB,
ACC, Ambuja Cement, Apollo Hospitals, Apollo Tyres, Arvind Mills, Bajaj Auto, Hero Motors, Ceat, City Union Bank,
Crompton Greaves, Dabur, DLF, Escorts, Eicher Motors, Flipkart, Force Motors, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals,

Mostly the selection process consists of aptitude test, technical interview and HR interview.

Selection procedure;

Selection procedure varies from company to company, every company has their own way of selecting candidates. Therefore, no 2 companies has the same procedure.

However, in general there are some rounds that you might find common in most of the companies, like;

> Written Test.

> GD.

> PI, etc.

Other than that many organizations also conducts a telephonic interview to check the speaking ability of the candidate.
