Maximum salary for a fresher who has just completed MCA?

As per Payscale, the salary of an MCA graduate in India is around 7.96 lakh per annum. Entry-level applicants generally earn around Rs 2-3 Lakh per annum.
The candidates who have completed a graduation are eligible for admission in MCA.

The median salary of MCA graduates in India is INR 7.58 Lakh per annum. Freshers with an MCA degree earn around INR 1.99 Lakh per annum. On the other hand, senior professionals with an MCA degree earn around INR 20 Lakh per annum.

1. The average pay of a MCA graduate is around INR 7.90 LPA. While deciding the salary several factors are to be kept in mind including specialization, skills, academic qualifications, experience, company profile etc.

2. MCA is a 3 year undergraduate professional degree course that deals with various intricacies and aspects of computer science applications.

There is no limit of maximum salary. The maximum salary varies with different companies and location.

But, in India the maximum CTC as a fresher can be upto Rs 50 lakhs per annum, while in abroad it can be around Rs 1.5 crore per annum. So, it all depends upon how well acquainted you are with the topics and idea to develop new technology in IT sector.

It is your talent which is offered the salary. There is no benchmark with respect to the maximum salary as fresher for a MCA holder.

Even one of my friend is getting around Rs 44 lakhs CTC as a fresher. So, if you are deserving more than obviously you will be offered much higher than that.
