You can contact IRCTC for becoming an e-ticketing agent. Normally, there website has all the application forms which are required for applying for becoming an agent.

You need to have all the requirements like computer, internet, printer and other accessories to start this business. Your address proof and PAN card will be required for applying. Just fill the required form and send it to the IRCTC.
