I have placed in Tech Mahindra on 25th of apr.....got my LOI on 5th jul...bt hav nt got any joining yet....m very depressed...plzzz help me out

You need to have patience. This is because there is a long procedure within the company between recruitment and joining. So the joining is usually after few months from the date of recruitment. Moreover the joining is done as per the business requirement. The joining session of Tech Mahindra will start in the month of July and will go on till April next year. So you might get joining in any month between these. Since you have got LOI so there is nothing to get depressed, you will get your joining soon. Just have patience do something productive in these duration like attend off-campus drives of other companies or do some IT related course.
