Hi everyone, I am ready to attend an interview in Capgemini, Kolkata for the post of L&D Admin Process Assistant. I just want to know about the salary package allotted for this particular post in this company. Can I know about the salary package?

Salary package of L&D Admin Process Assistant in Capgemini, Kolkata is as follows.

Selected applicant will receive salary of Rs. 3.2 - 9 LPA for this role.

Applicant's performance in HR interview will decide their salary.

May i know what will be the salary package for Process Associate - L&D having 1 years of experience? I already appeared for the interview and selected through all the rounds but my expected package i told them when i was asked for is 4LPA in Kolkata.
