Hello, I just want to know about the criteria for selection in HCL Technologies Ltd, Bangalore for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainee. Actually I am interested to give the interview and work as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in this company. So, I want to know about the selection criteria.

The selection of a Graduate Engineer Trainee in HCL Technologies, depends upon the performance in the online aptitude examination. Then the selected candidates have to appear for a round of online communication test. The final selection of the candidates depends upon the performance in the HR interview.
