Hello everyone, I have done BTech and am going to attend an interview for Procter & Gamble Panjim for a Site Utility Manager post. I would like to know about the skills which are required to secure this job. Please tell me about the skills asap.

Skills required to become a Site Utility Manager in Procter & Gamble given below:-

1. Experience of running utility operations or power systems at site would be useful.

2. Experience in handling medium size team.

3. Engineering with specialisation in Mechanical/Electrical and/or MBA.

4. 1-2 years of experience as utility manager.

Skills required to become a Site Utility Manager in Procter & Gamble Panjim are as follows:-

1. Strong business communication skills.

2. Understanding of utility operations at a manufacturing facility.

3. Leadership abilities to lead a team size of 10-15 people.

4. Knowledge of power systems.

5. Support for production environment.
