Tech Mahindra rejects candidate after training who are placed through off-campus drive?


Hello everyone, Tech Mahindra is hiring B.Sc graduate in Haryana through off campus. It is clearly mention that after selection candidates have to do paid training. So, my question is, after training, they will also choose candidate and rejected some of them?

If there is a training after getting selected, then surely there will be assessment. Those who fail in assessment, will not be allowed to continue the job, as most of the IT companies do.

Also, never pay money for getting a job in private sector. If they are asking money for training, then you should first enquire about them properly, before joining.
