What kind of bond is registered in Genpact to its employee? Is it beneficial to work under bond?


Guys, help me please, I have to attend my interview in Genpact which I have applied. But, I have heard that Genpact is signing bond with its employees. Is it true? if it is true then what is that bond? And advice me that is this bond good for me?

During campus interviews, companies usually ask to sign bond, so that they don't lose work for that period of time. Most of the people leave jobs after getting, and bonds are signed for this reason only.

Hence, if you are willing to work for a single company continuously, then bond shouldn't affect you.
