Hello,
Can anyone please tell me about the salary
which can be provided by Capgemini for a
Senior Software Engineer? Kindly let me know the
salary of Software Engineer also. I want to know that
what performance I should do to get promotion
as a Senior Software Engineer?

Salary which can be provided by Capgemini for a Senior Software Engineer is 5 lakh per year and after getting one year you will also get appraisal so after getting appraisal again there will be 10% to 20% increment in the salary amount.

This is the way how salary increment and CTC is calculated.
So, everything is calculated on the basis of your performance and dedication to the job you are doing.
