What is the role of private sector? Why it is important than public sector? WHich one would be best to have a job? Can someone please provide me the complete information on the same? It will be helpful for me if you can answer fast.

In both short & long term private as well as government are vital to us & for our Country. Both are important to our economy, but private companies provide us FDI in more frequent way than to government companies or government sector.

If you wish for jobs in either of the sectors, then must be having good knowledge & English. In long term government sector is good because they provide you security & pension. But private sector does not provide you that must security & no pension. In short private sector is good because they provide you job quickly & easily as compared to government sector where they get many exams & interview.

So,it should be your choice which one you want to join.
