I am Shaik Nargis and I want to registered for HP Enterprise Tech Support Role Interview. I am a girl and completed B.Tech in CSE. My question is, HP Enterprise offer this job under rotational shift? Because my parents will not allow me to work at night. That is why I am confirming it. Please tell me asap.

Yes, there will be rotational shifts in tech support job in HP. Tech supports need to give support and fix any production abends/ issues during the business hours as well as non - business hours. Hence , the tech supports are needed 24 hours. Thus, there will be shift based job for a tech support. You can opt for the job opportunity and later try to convince the management to put you only in morning, general and evening shifts and not in night shift.

HP services is a good company to work in, if you are not getting any job as of now.
As this is the company that is having a regular walk-in drive scheduled for freshers as well as experienced.

And yes, the shift and the rotation depends on the projects that you are tagged in or working for. There are many projects that has shift and there are many projects that have morning work hours.

SO, based on your qualification and the selection you are given project and accordingly you are allocated working hours.
If you are in development then no need to worry.

HP Enterprise Tech Support Role is generally a customer care type job, where you have to come in shift. And this is fixed that there will be a rotational shift, so sometimes you will get morning shift sometimes night shift and other shift too.

But one benefit girls have over these shift is that, you will be given cab facilities along with one security guard if your shift timing is at night.

The security will escort you from home to office and back to home during the night shift.

So, you need not to worry about the shift.
