Whether Vizag Steel Plant is a private company or undertaken by PSU?

I would like to know that Vizag Steel Plant is a private company or it is undertaken by PSU? Please inform me regarding this.

Vizag Steel is a Navratna PSE under the ministry of steel. It is one of the best PSU’s for Steel. This company is also known as Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited. It is first shore based Integrated steel Plant in the country. This company is famous for its quality products and Customer delight.
