Distance Education is getting very much importance with number of Universities providing increasing day by day. One big name in the field of Distance Education is Alagappa University which offers a galore of courses to the candidates. Bachelor of Business Management is one such course offered by the university. The course has several papers which has been divided into 6 semesters and 3 years. Every year there are 2 semesters and every semester has some papers. Rural Banking is a first year paper. Here students will have to study about the rural banking techniques, Indian rural economy, Rural development programmes, role of NGOs in rural development etc. The paper has got 2 sections. One section requires answers to be of 200 words and other requires just the double i.e. 400 words. In 200 words section you need to write 5 answers of 8 marks each and hence a total of 40 marks. In 400 words section you need to write 4 questions of 16 marks and hence a total of 60 marks. You will get choices in both the sections.
