Due to the co-existence of animal and humans required for a proper ecological balance, the importance of zoology as a subject can be easily understood. The Higher Secondary Zoology Paper under the Tamil Nadu Board is related with the study of animal structure, evolution, classification, etc. This paper is divided into four parts and these parts mainly differ in the number of marks per question. The first part consists of thirty multiple type questions of 1 mark each. The second, third and fourth parts have questions of 3, 5 and 10 marks each respectively. Choices are present in all the sections. However, one or two questions from a part may be compulsory to answer as well. Below are attached some of the previous years question papers.
