Kashmir University ranks among the top universities of India and is a prestigious one. Faculty of Physical and Material Science Test- Physics Paper is a tough as well as a scoring one. This is totally an objective type paper which holds only multiple choice questions. There are a total of 60 questions that the paper comprises of and one third of the mark is deducted from the final score for every wrong answer. One mark is awarded for every right answer. The candidates are to answer on a specially designed answer sheet and multiple attempts for a single question is taken as a wrong answer. There is no negative marking for unattended questions.
