Admission in 1 standard is possible without studying in UKG?

Yes, you can join 1st standard without studying in UKG in India.

For class 1 admission, the minimum age criterion is the completion of six years as of December 31, 2022. The children should have been born between October 1, 2015, and December 31, 2016.

Yes,as you have completed your study of UKG in your home, and you pass in the test taken by school for class 1standard then you will get admission in class 1.

As per the guidelines of the central board of secondary education (CBSE), the correct age of the student should be between 5 years 6 months to 6 years 10 months to get admission in class 1.

If the above age criteria have matched for your daughter, and if she has enough knowledge of class UKG, then admission in 1 standard is possible without studying in UKG.

If your child has successfully passed UKG with good percentage then there is no need to repeat her in UKG standard one more time. But if you think that your child will not adopt 1st standard syllabus completely then you can go for this. But as per age your child is eligible to get admitted in first standard.

For admission in class 1 , the age criteria is the completion of 6 yrs as of December 31st 2022.
The children should have been born between Oct 1 2015- Dec 31 2016.
One can send their child directly to class 1 without any nursery or KG schooling, but still these primary classes have an important role to play in students life , so its not advisable to skip these classes.

There are no rules that say that a kid needs to go through Kindergarten and Nursery to start class I. The only eligibility criteria for a class 1 student is a child should be at least 5 years of age and not over 7 years old. The playschool and Kindergarten teachers focus on the development of the child through group tasks and such tasks make the kid more sociable. The children are taught about numbers and alphabets through various dance programs and songs. All these activities improve child's personalities and allow them to retain more information more easily.

Admission in 1 standard is possible without studying in UKG?

The answer is Yes.

As per CBSE norms, the minimum age for admission in class 1st is 5 years on and before 31 March of the respective year. As told by you, your son was born on 11 June 2016, so he attained the age of 5 years after 31 March 2021.

Yes, but then you have to work with them because the part taught in class 1 is not numbers, it starts with simple math activities and language is expected in sentences where words are taught in playgroup. So it became a struggling year in Class 1 for children as well as teachers and parents.
