Minimum percentage required in 12th for MBBS admission is 50% for General category students and 45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
However, admission is done on the basis of NEET exam score.

MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and it is a professional degree course after completing which one head towards becoming a doctor.

Further, for getting admission in any medical college of India one is required to qualify NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) or AIIMS MBBS entrance examination for admission in AIIMS specifically.

The minimum education required to appear in NEET, is a Class 12th in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects with atleast 50% marks in aggregate in PCB combination taken together from a recognised board of education. Marks relaxation upto 10% is allowed in case of candidates from reserved category.

So, to be eligible for pursuing MBBS after your Class 12th from TBSE, you are required to have managed at least 50% marks in your Class 12th in PCB subjects and then you are required to qualify NEET.

For details regarding NEET eligibility, you can refer to the link www.ntaneet.nic.in while for details regarding AIIMS MBBS entrance examination, you can refer to the link www.aiimsexams.org.
