The date of birth of my daughter is 07/03/2007. She will be appearing in madhyamik exam (WBBSE) in 2023. Will she eligible to appear in 20223 madhyamik exam?

A student must be aged between 15 to 16 years of age as on March 1, 2023.
As your date of birth is 07.03.2007, you are eligible for the WBBSE madhyamik 2023.
Generally the exam starts in the month of March.

According to the rules of the WBBSE Board, the student must satisfy the following West Bengal Secondary Qualification Criteria: A student must be 15 or 16 years of age on March 1, 2022.

Age Limit

There are certain age eligibility criteria of WBJEE 2023 for the candidates. As per the criteria, the candidates should be minimum 17 years old as on December 31, 2023. No upper age limit.

However, if the candidate is applying for Marine Engineering, then the candidates have to be maximum 25 years of age as on December 31, 2023.

The age limit of the candidate for the class 10th exam should be 15 to 16 years of age as on 1st March of the respective year to get eligible for WBBSE madhyamik 2023.

A student must be either 15 or 16 years of age on March 1, 2022. He/She should have successfully passed his/her 9th class exam.

To be eligible for the WBBSE Madhyamik 2023, candidates for the class 10 examination must be between 15 to 16 years old as of the first of March of the relevant year.
