Yes, B.Ed degree is compulsory to become a computer teacher in ICSE Schools. To become a teacher in ICSE schools, one need to have the Diploma/ B.Ed form recognized University. If you have any experience in teaching or you are already teaching in any school, then you can apply directly in ICSE Board School.

No, B.Ed degree is not compulsory for computer teacher job in ICSE Board.
B.Ed degree is compulsory for all other subject teachers but for computer it is not necessary. I you have done graduation in computer science then you are eligible to apply for the post of Computer teacher job in ICSE Board. |

Yes B.Ed Degree has been made compulsory for the job a Teacher now.
You need to have a B.Ed Degree to apply for the post of Teacher in a School nowadays. The subject that you want to teach does not matter. So you need to have a B.Ed Degree to become a Teacher. |

Can one without computer subject in graduation from a recognised university and without B Ed be continue as computer teacher
If he has got a diploma from niit for 1 and 1/2 years duration without ICSE background will fulfil the required criteria for the post. BEd is essential for this case Pl answer or have to apply through RTI for the answer |

Yes, B.Ed degree is necessary for the computer teacher job not only in ICSE board but also in other boards. You must have scored good in B.Ed.
