Yes, you will be eligible for appearing in the bank PO examination once you have been declared Class 12th passed by your board of examination even having failed in Mathematics paper of Class 12th board examination.

Apart from being a graduation (i.e; BCA) degree holder, to be eligible for appearing in bank PO examinations, your age need to lie within 21 years to 30 years. Upper age limit relaxation is allowed in case of candidates belonging to reserved category.

Further, if you perform well in the Preliminary and Mains stage of bank PO examination and able to defend the reason of failing in Mathematics paper during your Class 12th at the time of personal interview failing in the Mathematics paper will not have much impact in the final selection.
