No, you are not eligible for Indian Army wing after completing 10th standard. You need to complete 12th standard or equivalent qualification in order to eligible for Indian Army wing.

NDA (i.e):- National Defence Academy and this entrance examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission for every twice in a year.

Eligibility Criteria:-

~12th standard or equivalent qualification in any discipline from recognized university and Only science stream candidates are eligible for Indian Navy and Air Force wing.
~Age limit should be minimum 16.5 years to maximum 19 years.
~Applicant must be physically as well as medically fit.
~Applicant must be unmarried male.

So, please complete 12th standard in order to be eligible for NDA entrance examination.
