Can I appear for Mathematics CBSE 12th compartment exam if failed around 6 years ago?
Respected Sir/Madam, I have appeared in CBSE Board exam of 12th standard around 8 years ago and got failed in it. Then I have given the compartment exam after 2 years in Mathematics. But I failed again and quit studies. Now, in this year, I want to give the compartment exam for Mathematics subject. So, can I appear or not?

No, a student cannot appear in compartmental examination after 8 years of completion of his/her actual CBSE board examination.
As per the current norms, CBSE allows a candidate to appear in compartmental examination for maximum of 3 times and that too within two years. For more details and FAQs related to CBSE Compartmental examination, you can refer to the official link of CBSE i.e; www.cbse.nic.in. |
