I have teaching experience of 7 years but normal private school and 50% marks in graduation but not having experience from recognized school then I can do B.ed from IGNOU.

You have completed graduation degree with 50% so you are eligible for B.Ed course.

Those candidates who have completed graduation or masters degree from a recognized university with 50% marks are eligible for B.Ed course. Your age should be below 40 years.
