I want to change my school after giving exams of class 10th I.C.S.E. and get admission in some other school of the same board. My school currently has the worst teachers. So, can I get admission in some other school of I.C.S.E. If so, then on what grounds will it be?

Yes, you can certainly get admission in 11th standard in another school. However, you would need to get the transfer certificate for a valid reason and no school is going to give you admission on the basis that you do not like the teacher.
