My kid study in 4th standard in CBSE Syllabus. I would like to change the school. If the present management deny to issue TC, What step I can take to get. How I can get an admission on anther school without TC

For admission purpose , you have to get the registration form from the school , then fill the form with required documents and submit it to the school.
The admission is usually granted on the basis of marks in earlier standard.
Some schools may take an entrance exam to check the capability of student or an interview.

For getting TC from previous school , you just have to write them a letter mentioning the name of student and all other information including class .
Clearly stating the reason of your letter and request for transfer certificate.
You must also mention the time in which you want transfer certificate to be issued.

Procedure to change School for 4th standard CBSE student:-

The principal of the school should be notified in writing of the transfer, together with the explanations for the transfer. If you intend to transfer to another branch of your school or to another School, you may submit an application requesting a TC.

To change School for a4th standard CBSE student.

The candidate should first meet the Principal of the school on person and request the TC to be given, ask the school to give in writing why they are not giving TC certificate . There after also they are rejecting to issue Tc , Issue a legal notice to the School authorities asking them to issue the School Leaving Certificate.

You can change your school after 11th. According to new CBSE rules, one can change his school if-

His parents have got transferred.
If the distance between both the schools is at least 40 km.
Some other logical reasons.
