Child age limit for admission in KG1 at CBSE school? What to do if school is forcing admission in KG2?
Hi. Myself Karthick living with family in Oman Sharkia region Ibra. Our child age 4.4 years as of now, we wanted to join her in Indian school Ibra cbse board.
But School management telling due to her age they can't admit her in kg1 as per cbse rules. Many times we requested to the school to admit our child in kg1 because we don't want to pressurise our child put kg2 directly without knowing basic but school neglect our request. Here only one Indian school in our location. Please guide us how to overcome from this issue. |

CBSE is a well recognised education board and have affiliated schools in various countries.
It is upto the school management or with province to decide the age limit criteria. |

CBSE is Central Board of Secondary Education. It has its affiliated schools in many countries other than India.
As of today there is no strict age limit criteria decided by the CBSE regarding admission in any class. It is the respective province (state ) which determines the age limit. So, kindly visit the office of concerned authority for the detail information. |
